Why do you think I bothered hi lighting. There is a hose that goes to the side windows , an outlet for the defroster, one long duct to the end vents one duct for the center ducts and a duct to the foot

 

you may have highlighted them, but it wasn’t clear in your description, which is why I asked the question I did. Since there is one outlet for the defrost, it should have the same air temp all evenly across. I’ll have to see if I can find anything obstructing it, but if there is, I would think the air flow would be less as well and not the same throughout.

I replaced the air temp actuator and it didn’t fix the problem. I moved the blend door by hand and I couldn’t tell anything off about it. It opened and closed and it didn’t seem like anything was loose or flimsy.
