acuater help

2009 hhr lt.
my problem,
my rear hatch it will lock
but nothing else works
I went to the junk yard
I got a 09 actuator
after testing both the white and black wire was hot
I also tested the hand switch it showed both had continuity,
but i removed it
I had it locked manually, I ran a direct line from the battery, and it works every time.
When I checked for the fuse,
I did not find any fuse out of place
I took pictures of 5 different cars in the junk yard
the fuses look to be all the same

now if i can find the problems

Roadmap, once again your posts are very difficult to interpret what it is that you are saying.

I'm not sure if you are using a phone to post here, and your spell-check is misspelling some of the stuff or what is going on.

You need to rewrite it so that there are actual sentences rather than just a long stream of words.

Yeah, I need a roadmap to navigate this post. I have no idea what it is about.

It seems the rear hatch latch actuator is not functioning, power to both black and white wires. But a jumper wire will allow normal function, it could be the soft button switch in the rear beauty bar.
it could be a loose ground wire!

Or, it could be somebody put a fuse in position #11 in the underhood fuse box. That disables the release. NO FUSE IN #11!!!!!!!

Or, the relay is broken.

If you are expecting the liftgate to pop, forget it, no such thing.

I don't know which wires you are probing since there is no white wire. Here is the wiring diagram

The white/black wire to the lift gate switch would be hot.

Except that the switch supplies ground to the relay. The tan/wht wire should be hot when the switch is engaged.

It is a very confusing interlock circuit. Anyway, the black wire is GROUND.
