Aux Input Issue on my first Vehicle/HHR
Those are all pretty minor issues. As others have said, your aux problem is most likely a cable issue - a mono cable when you need a stereo one, or one of the leads is broken inside. The actual metal wires are usually very thin and break after a couple years.
The windsheild chip should be an easy fix at any auto glass shop, and should be done soon as they can cause cracking over time.
For the paint scuff, if you cant feel the scratches with a fingernail, then you can probably get it out with polish. If that doesnt do it you may want to leave it or get a paint shop to have a look at it. You could try rubbing compound, then polish, but you can end up going right through the top coat and will have to repaint it anyway.
There are a few ways to tackle the hood chips. The little touch up bottles from the dealer are the easiest, but often still leave a mark. A better way is to get a pencil sized sander and blend the paint, but it takes practice.

it was the cable! i have no idea where this mono cable i had came from but i bought a new one and the sound is great now.
ill do some researching on the paint chips and the scuff... its not enough to worry about really but if i can get it fixed without spending too much then its definitely on my list of things to do.
thanks for all your help guys

Ya, I had a feeling it would work out. About the other minor issues, yes they may take a little time and research, but Im betting the more time you spend on things like that, the more you will enjoy your vehicle. Give it a try
