no power to fuses 15 wipers 16 HVAC 19 ESP All others good could it be a bad BCM can I replace the BCM with one from the junk yard out of another HHR ? will it need a reflash ? Old blue you have helped me in the past your the best

 

Why would you suspect a bad BCM?

Why are you checking for power at those locations? "Service Air Bag" light on, wipers don't work, no instrument panel lights.

Have you checked fuses 4 & 6 under the hood?

 

Checked all fuses Underwood 4 and 6 good no ac no wipers no power steering panel lights work just fine

 

I'm not in the mood for 20 questions.

For anyone that feels like it here is a list of things those fuses control.

English and syntax and complete sentences have nothing to do with HHRs. But, if one is asking for help, it behooves one to be lucid when asking.

Maybe, it is a matter of finger tapping on a cellphone screen. But you could be more forth coming.
