My '09 has 25,000 mi., still under warranty. Should this be a dealer warranty issue? The guy at the local NAPA store thought so (& I was going to buy a battery from him). Any insight on that?
As far as extra load, I only have red lights (LED), and never left on when not running.

 

If it's under warranty you can see what they will do, but they might just say it's not covered under warranty, and it's a maintenance item.

 

I contacted the dealer. They said the battery is covered 3 yrs, 36,000 mi, bring it on in. I am heading up there on Sat.
