2006 blower was only working on hi. Resistor? ok I will get to it. NOW, not at all.
is it a Resistor PLUS? OR could it be still be just resistor?
is there a second fuse inside?
fuse in engine compartment is ok
and no water infiltration
since I owned for 10 yrs

Since this is a 2006 model you need to fix the source of the problem; the butyl seal under the cowl and I would bet your cabin air filter is soaked.
water comes in through the bad seal and drips through the filter onto the fan motor and the resistor pack. When the resistor pack stops working you have high only. You fan motor is likely also fried. And your passenger floor is soaked.
