Los Gatos is alot different than Los Angeles, they probably dont have many stretches that excede 40 mph..... and your last statement is most likely the main reason for his early judder issues, inadequate rear brake setting from the factory! We don't have this issue anymore as the most action our HHR see's is driving it to the local post office once a month to make the payment, twenty two more to go, woo-hoo.....
