Camshaft Sensor Problem

How many camshaft sensors are there on a 2007 HHR 2.2 L DOHC?

to the forum G Hammonds!

There are two sensors, one on the intake cam, and one on the exhaust cam.

Give this thread a read, it covers replacing them along with a ton of great tips. Just click the link below.......

No, that link is for the Solenoids - not sensors.

For OP - the title says Camshaft Sensor Problem - that does not tell anyone here any information at all. If you are looking for advice, or suggestions on resolving a specific problem, you need to provide additional information, including any info on the Check Engine Light being lit, as well as the subsequent codes stored therein.

2007 hhr cam sensors

I have just replaced a cam sensor at the drivers side just under the fuel rail, is there another one somewhere?

Yes there is another on the exhaust side. I believe it's passenger side rear of engine.
