Not unusual for it to take a few days after you clear codes, The EVAP tests are the last to run and need several circumstances.
I pulled out the canister solenoid and checked for dirt. Put 12v to the solenoid and it worked. lubed the o-rings and re-installed. Is that the vent valve you are referring too?
Thanks for the help

But you didn't change the vent valve. If it is not the vent valve it may be something not installed correctly in the tank.

On SS there is a check valve in the purge tube to prevent boost from pressurizing the system. This makes pressure testing the EVAP a bit of a challenge.

The test is run by opening the purge valve and closing the vent valve thus creating an expected vacuum in the tank in a specified time. That narrows the point of failure to a hole in the tank or a faulty valve.

The purge valve is new. I could put in a new vent valve. They are only $25. I did see the check valve you mentioned on top of the motor.
Thanks

There is either a restriction in the purge path or the FTP (fuel tank pressure sensor) is not working correctly or a leak in the fuel tank or the seal on the new vent valve is faulty.

What it means is when the purge valve is trying to create vacuum in the tank it is either failing to or the FTP is malfunctioning. Could be The fuel pump was replaced and not sealed properly or any of the sensors on the tank.

Should there be an o-ring on both sides of the vent valve?
