IIRC, only on the canister side. It is easy to mangle, it would be nice if they included a new one with the valve. That would be the side that counts.

 

Ok put in o-ring on vent valve. Code came back in 3 days. PO497 which is a low evap leak. So the o-ring did make a difference but not enough. Maybe try a thicker o-ring?

 

Actually, it is "low purge flow". So there is a restriction in the purge system; from the manifold to the tank. So it is back to the area of the first code.

Conditions for setting

weak vacuum during purge condition
fuel tank vacuum is less than -1 inch H2O for 4 seconds continuosly or 50 seconds cumulative, within 10 minutes of cold start.
the 11 second test can run up to 10 times within 10 minutes of cold start and must complete before the DTC is set.
