As 'donbrew' stated above it would appear that the warning message activated as a result of having a light load (a package of Keurig Vue Cups) on the passenger seat, albeit only 2 pounds in weight, but no seat belt clipped in place!
So all is well once again in my HHR land!
Some of the HHR passenger seat occupancy sensors appear to be more sensitive than others.
I have a storage box that's been on my passenger seat for the past 4 years. It weighs in a 5.2 lbs with contents. It has never set off any warnings of any kind.
Maybe because I have the SS seats? Who knows.

HHR Trouble In Paradise

I just acquired a 2007 Chevy HHR LT 2.4 and I Love it but recently the Traction control light came on along with the check engne light and it seems the only time it went off was when i turned my car off. Then service Traction comes on as well. What could it be, Advanced auto put on there code meter and found P0014 and C0561. What does this all mean????? We just changed the oil anf filter and transmission fluid and filter and changed brake pads and brake fluid and reset the system. Not sure what else to do. Its still happening. Oh we also changed all the spark plugs as well.

You found this thread ok - but now you need to read it, especially post #4, which will lead you in the right direction. The P0014 likely caused the C0561, so address the P0014 first.

and please note: the p0014 relates back to the "Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid" (or Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve in GM-speak). Do NOT confuse it with a Camshaft Position SENSOR, which autoparts stores seem to get confused over.
