My Chevy HHR had it's clutch and flywheel replaced and it was all of a sudden ramping up to about 4-5k rpms and the list complete power and is acting like there is no battery or alternator. Even the hazard lights won't come on.
I don't even understand the poll choices.
If something was working before a shop put hands on it and isn't after they do work it is their fault and problem to fix. Don't accept an unfinished job.
If your buddy Joe did the work it is still his problem to fix.
If you did the work, most likely the fuse box bolts are not tight enough. We get that on average once a month, this month 3 times already. Or, the fuse box was not connected to the battery correctly.
