Chevy HHR no power at all!

My Chevy HHR had it's clutch and flywheel replaced and it was all of a sudden ramping up to about 4-5k rpms and the list complete power and is acting like there is no battery or alternator. Even the hazard lights won't come on.

Gonna have to give you the same answer as your last electrical problem thread. Tighten the bolts inside the fuse block.

Sorry but can’t figure out what you’re saying.
If you had someone work on your car and it’s not right then let them fix it.

And why the poll ?

I don't even understand the poll choices.
If something was working before a shop put hands on it and isn't after they do work it is their fault and problem to fix. Don't accept an unfinished job.
If your buddy Joe did the work it is still his problem to fix.
If you did the work, most likely the fuse box bolts are not tight enough. We get that on average once a month, this month 3 times already. Or, the fuse box was not connected to the battery correctly.
