Yes it would be, if the recall has been preformed

 

I just got mine for $8.50 for 2 blanks from ebay. brought to the hardware store and they actually made the cuts at no charge, programming the keys are easy, just put in the master key, start the car, stop the car and put in the copy and start the car....done.

And, the instructions are right in the Owner Manual!

 

And once you get the new transponder keys cut, its easy to program them. Just start with the original key, then take it out and start immediately with the new keys, they will be added to the system.
