I have a similar chirp, chirp, chirp in my 08 LT 2.2L manual. It is not from the belts or tensioner as it's coming from the driver's/fuse box side of the engine compartment. When I turn the car to the right at the bottom of my drive it goes away completely, then comes back but seemingly to a lesser degree as I drive and some times goes away when I push in the clutch pedal. It started a day or so ago, so I haven't dug into it at all yet. Not knowing if it's the clutch (which 'kind of' points that way) or what. Thoughts?
