CKP Relearn issues
CKP Relearn issues
Hello,
2008 HHR 2.2L
I have installed a new Programmed to Vin PCM other PCM was not good and car ran idled fine before new one . The car starts but of course I need to do CKP relearn to Idle correctly .
The issue I am having is that it is not wanting to get to the appropriated RPM's to move to the next step on the scan tool. I also tried to do via driving but the car has low power wont reach the 55mph needed to proceed.
There are several fault codes on being of course CKP relearn needed (P0135.)
2nd one is low MAP sensor voltage checked wiring and new map sensor ( P0107)
3rd and 4th both have to do TAC on is (P1516) and the other is (P2101). I have done the relearn procedure on the throttle body as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated on how to move forward with the relearn.
Thanks

Operative word was damaged, but I suggest you clean the throttle body with proper throttle body cleaner and the MAF sensor allow them to dry fully and do not move the throttle body butterfly plate. Squirt both sides after you remove the 4 retainer bolts. No need to disconnect the wiring harness connector.
