Clicking noise

Clicking noise
This just started.

2006 HHR 81K miles

I am getting a clicking noise upon starting the car. It seems to be coming from the left side of the dash. It goes away after a few seconds.

Any Ideas?

look for leaves getting past the mesh into a vent
