At around 155K miles, I started getting intermittent clutch pedal return, despite lubing anything I could get to and replacing the return springs and blue bushings. Although my clutch seemed otherwise to work fine, feel fine, and didn't slip, replacing the entire clutch assembly solved the problem, and the trans shop advised that the clutch was simply paper thin and on its last legs. No problems in the 2+ years since.
