2007 hhr automatic 2.2 was shifting a little hard into 4th gear,now doesn't shift into 4th

P0700 is the generic "there's something wrong with the transmission" code. You probably need a better code reader to get the useful codes.

Could be a shift solenoid, loose ground wire or low transmission fluid.
