Tiny cutter did the trick, but I had to replace the quick connect plug at the tank (rusted on), and that was a real pain to get the new one inserted all the way into the old nylon line. Thank you YouTube, I used a caulking gun over the line holding part of a flaring tool to force it in. Lots of creative and helpful folks out there.
