I havent drove it yet....just got it and repaired. No tag, insurance yet.

 

Oh, ok. Once the fan turns on for any reason it won't turn off until the car starts to move. That's what threw me off as well when I was testing it on my driveway. I gave up and started using it as the fan not turning off didn't hurt anything. Then noticed it shutting off once the car moved.
