I assume never. It has only 87 ish thousand miles. I do believe it has something to do with the crank sensor because when I look at rpm with my scan tool it says 0. So that tells me it not getting a signal correct?

 

I would discard the suggestion to replace the ECM; much more likely a wire or the sensor.
