Dash lights flickering ,no crank no start

You do know that those 2 big lug connections are both positive 12 volts ? If you hooked up the jumper cables (+ and -) to those positive posts, then you may have fried some electronics.
When jumpstarting, the negative jumper cable should be grounded on the strut upper bolts.

yes I realize this now but nothing has changed, I just checked all the fuses 10/15/20 there good malti meter beeped,checked all grey relays with a 9 volt battery and they all clicked

how do I check the 60 amp fuse with the multi meter?
