Dash lights flickering ,no crank no start
If you feel comfortable with disassembly of the underhood fuse block, disconnect the NEGATIVE battery terminal. Then remove the 4 bolts inside the fuse block. You should then be able to remove the top half, and inspect for damage. Here is a thread from our how to tutorial forum, you should be able to use some of the information within.

The 60 amp fuse and the smaller connection on the fuse box are for the Power Steering. Read your Owner Manual available via link in my sig.
Evidently, you know the fuse box is not the battery; curious to know why you would think the small RED connector is ground. I can almost understand why people think the fuse box is the battery but batteries don't have 2 red wires.
If you want power steering replace the fuse.
Dielectric grease is used to prevent corrosion on connections not to fix anything. If the connections are clean and tight there is no need.
The TCM has nothing to do with your stated problem. That youtube ground wire is STUPID.
The #1 cause is the fuse box being not tight enough, because people are afraid of stripping bolts. #2 is loose battery connections or dead battery.

Not sure why you keep quoting yourself. Makes no sense. Also saying you saw it on YouTube when you seem to be disregarding the things mentioned here.
Good Luck. I see why Donbrew stayed out of this one.

I do realize that the fuse box is not the battery, what threw me off was the two red wires on the fuse box close to the fire wall thinking they were positive and the black one close to the rad was negative because it was black , I definitely know the difference now, should I take the red wire off that is grounded to the to of the strut? I will replace the 60 amp fuse today, the Dielectric grease idea I got off of this site,I’ve put a new starter and battery, I tightened down the 4 bolts on the fuse box but it was -40 outside and unfortunately I’m doing all this in front of the house, I would say I turned the bolts at least 1 1/2 turns but did not go farther because I was afraid of cracking the fuse box,is it possible that one of the relays is put in wrong way?
