i took my centre bezel around the radio off to fix the cig lighter and after putting it back on..the thing rattles/squeaks on EVERY bump in the road now! Its driving me nuts! i have taken it off and tried re-aligning it to no avail..has anyone experienced this? any tips or tricks? seems to squeak and rattle right where the bezel meets the window switches plate

Mine does it as well but it seems that it comes from down near the shifter area right around that little storage piece. I have take the piece out and played around and it comes and goes so not sure how to fix with it. I just turn the radio up lol

If the noisy piece is held on by clips, try pulling it and then use needle nose pliers to spread the clip so it is tight in it's slot. You can also use several layers of painters blue tape wrapped around the edges of the slots to tighten things up. I noted the bottom ones in my HHR were not very tight when I swapped out the stereo as the slots they fit in were worn and stretched the clips.
