It sounds to me as if your drain is plugged.
To fix requires the removal of the cowl cover from inside of the engine compartment below the windshield.
This procedure also requires the removal of the windshield wiper arms (15mm nut).
Takes about 15 minutes to remove.
Clean out the drain area.
Check for proper drainage.
Reassemble.
That's what I had to do to mine.

As shown in post #29 , you will have to take the wipers off, as stated a 3/8 drive 15mm socket works then the 7mm retaining screws, lift out the plastic cowl cover look for debris down in there.
I looked up under my dash board on the passenger side and don’t see that drain hose , it’s on the engine side of the firewall .

and a how to get under the cowl, check to see if the cowl has a patch on yours , being a 2009 it shouldn’t, but that drain could be blocked

Can you get at the cracked pan and either spray or tape it with Flex Seal?

I wouldn't know how,the guy that found it today used a small camera and showed me the video, but I've been looking and looking for how to take the dash apart to do it,and all I've found is just how to remove the center around the stereo,if you have a link or something that would show me how to get in there I'd appreciate it
