OK, its not weather related. We have had some warmer weather around here (aka above freezing) and the rattle hasn't changed. Dealer time...

Back from the dead. I have this same rattle and it's driving me nuts. Did anyone find a solution to this as of yet?

Is yours a rattle or a creaking noise. Creaking noises are sometimes caused by the weatherstriping around the door. A little dose of silicone protectant on the rubber parts will cure this sometimes.
If its a rattle like something loose, then you have to find exactly where on the door. I would pull the door panel and look inside. Also check the panel itself and see if it has signs of rubbing from being loose.
