What the thing called that keeps the door open? Mine broke last night

Just as an FYI, you'll have to pull the inner door panel to change the check strap, small hands help. Its about a 6.8 on the 1-10 PITA scale.

This video will show you how to get the inner panel off, its really an inner door handle replacement video, but its still helpful if you've never taken one of these doors apart.
