Eng mount thunk

Anybody experiencing a thud when in low gear less then 10 mph in low gear?
Feels sounds just like a loose eng/trans mount or a torque link..havn't got my lazy butt under to look yet..( weather not being cooperative either)..have 14k miles...oh , it happens when you left off or get back in the gas

Sounds like the sway bar end links are a good possibility.
Could be tranny related, but not many people have problems with that.

not a sway bar..definitly eng/trans related..sounds like a loose/worn torque link if these cars have them, otherwise will check mounts..will be looking into this weekend....

Gotta look see today..need to compare notes.....can someone check and see how much movement there is when you shift between rev - n - drv? Seems to me there is a bit tooo much play on the lower aft mount..aso getting a tranny noise in neutral, sorta like a rattle
but not. Also getting a tink noise which I believe is contact on the backside...I'd say I'm getting about 2 in of movement at the valve cover, eng defnitly rolling over.
