Esc traction

Got a lil problem w the HHR.

Engine light comes on the dash then throws a ESC and traction warning and engine goes to limited power and hardly runs.

Any ideas?

thanks KK4

Well you can take it to Advance or Autozone and have the codes pulled, post 'em up here and I'm sure as a group we'll be able to point you in some direction. I see you have an '09, are you still under warranty yet?

I can understand the frustration that you must be experiencing with your situation. I look forward to reading the update of your visit to the dealership.

Don't hesitate to contact me with questions and/or concerns.

Jay I havn't figured how to find codes yet but might take time 1 of these days.

I didn't dare post all that we have been through w this vehicle.

Maybe I will do a seperate post and list them ALL. I'ts a good read.

Hard to believe.

Yup, head to Autozone, Advance, Napa, or the auto parts store of your choosing...most if not all offer free code scans these days. Get the code/codes and you'll be much closer to knowing what's going on, and we can brainstorm on what might be wrong.
