Fog light wires
The answer is .....Maybe.
Is the relay and fuse installed? Then, probably.
Are the wires for the switch behind the waterfal? Then, probably.
Some have it some don't. doesn't seem to be any reasoning.

BCM (Body Control Module) has to be programmed to know the fog lights are hooked up. Since the BCM controls all the light functions, it has to know they're there to control them.
Control as in turn them off when you use high beam headlights. Or turn them off when you turn off the ignition. The fog lights don't come on when you start the car. They have to be manually turned on each start cycle.
