Front end clunk

My 2006 with 118,000 clunks in the front end when going over small bumps at low speed anyone know why?

check two things 1 front sway bar bushings and 2 the vertical connecting rod for the sway bar folks have had some clunking from both those points

Timeley post and thanks for the Pic, I am also getting a clunk on the drivers side when leaving my driveway and making a hard left into a streeet that has a rain dip . seems to get better the longer I drive ????
