Front End Noise Drivers side

Okay I hear a clicking noise on the drivers side. New Brakes, Rotors, Sway Bar Bushings, Complete New Shock Assembly, New Wheel Bearings, It's not the CV Joints. I know its not. I do all the work on the car. 2006 HHR LT. I'm the only owner. So any help would be great.

Or a rock stuck in the tread? Inspect and rotate the tires, if you happen to have two sets, change out one at a time with a known quite tire.
