Question Minor shimmy Front drivers side 2007

Twice I have had a minor shimmy when braking. Both time I had lots of weight in the back ( I am moving).

I notice my car pulls to the right also.

If this is a brake situation what is the ballpark cost going to be for me?

All suggestions welcome.
Thank you.

I would bet on a Lower Control Arm bushing, if it's clearly one side. I can buy a new LCA for about $90 it takes about 1 hour labor. An alignment is NOT required, unless an alignment has been performed before.

Brake jobs range from $35 to $1000, nobody can give you an estimate without a hands-on.

Thank you both for your speedy replies.

I am going into the GM dealer next week and they are checking it out.

Ouch. If you're going to a dealer, be prepared to pay about double(or more) what you would at a reputable independent shop.
