Front end noise and vibration

2010 HHR, front end noise gets louder when accelerating, new tires and hub assemblies replaced, still sounds like an airplane, after new tires now has a shake around 50-60 mph?

Please take your vehicle back to the place where it was repaired and demand that the problems be taken care of.
