If it fits, you can use this. The main difference among them is that the ABS has a connector and sensor.

However, try Autozone,Pepboys, Advance and the Ebay. I have noticed that they are suddenly available from the auto box stores, probably cheaper than the StealerShip. I do know that the ones I got from Ebay where a lot cheaper than the dealer, and was Timken branded (if memory serves, about $190 each). I just checked Ebay, They have really come down in price! In fact Even though I don't need new ones yet, I bought 2 National brand for $36.20 shipped. That was too good a price, and I will need another set someday.

Of course thing may be different if the car is in Iraq.

Bearings do not differ from each other.
No incisions or electronics.
"ABS"and "Do not ABS" differ structure of the hub.

Cheaper wheel bearings

When you say that the price is way down, so is the quality. If you can buy a Timkin bearing for a good price it is one thing, but don't think that the Chinese made one from Advance is the same as the dealer piece.

My buddy has had two cheap bearings in his S10 fail that were the junk brand; where's the saving when you have to redo it in 11 months like his?

Have you checked the warranty status? My '07 bought new has a 100,000 mile warranty on the drivetrain. I have had to have both front wheelbearings replaced by GM at n/c.

I don' know why you couldn't, same bolts, same splines, just have to cut the wire off. But the correct parts should be available to order.
