Front Windshield Streaks/Leakage

My wife's 08 HHR has this odd problem. After cleaning the windows, when the car sits.... There will be streaks down the inside of the front window.
I'm not talking about the streaks that come from not cleaning properly. They look more like water running down the inside of the window.
Our driveway is pitched down instead of the standard up.... So when parked, the car's nose is angled down. But Where would the moisture be coming from that is causing the streaks? Could the front windsheild seal be bad? Moonroof letting water in?

It's driving her bonkers.

If you have snow on the windshield, that may cause the interior to create some moisture and when it dries, it could be causing streaks.

Check for clogged drains in the sunroof. There's 4. One in each corner.

Try backing it into the driveway, nose up for a few days.
It could be the top of the windshield leaking.

Could be whoever installed the windshield allowed some chemical to drip. Or the blemish is actually on the film between the pieces of glass.

Factory installed or after-market?

Quality assurance was probably not a JOB 1 priority in Mexico...

If it turns out to be the windshield, get some permatex windshield sealant silicone. It is great stuff.
