Head unit and speakers

Hello all. I'm looking to replace my head unit and speakers Does anyone have any suggestions?

Save yourself time and money, get a kit from Crutchfield.com , they have the correct mounting hardware and adapters to keep your interior switched sounds and steering wheel controls

What head unit is best depends on why yer changing it.

Get 6.5" speakers for the doors, and use these adaptors.

I just want a head unit with good power and speakers to match the power output. I now you get your power from amps; but I'm just ready to go diwn that road yet.

Well, the base radios are pretty anemic, so it shouldn't be hard to improve on that. And virtually any aftermarket speakers will handle way more power than the base radio can supply. But if you want louder you should also run new speaker wires because stock is pretty skinny.
