Headlight repair
As best as I can recall, Andrey lives in an apartment block in Ekaterinburg so he would need to find a garage to work in.
I don't envy his task as -19 ºC works out to -2 ºF, trying to find the push pins, let alone getting them out when covered with rock hard slush and fender-bergs would try anyone's patience.
You do have a point though, pulling the wheel would help tremendously.

Yes, I have a flat in an apartment block. In Russian cities, people rarely have a private home,
Of course, Garages sold. But it is, or metal boxes that can only protect from pigeon droppings, or masonry (concrete) garages in multistory buildings, the cost is comparable to the cost of a small apartment. In addition, the law rarely allows you to have a garage next to the home. Our machines cron on the street - on paid sites or just in the yard.
But there is no problem. Trying to touch the bulb - this is my experiment, I did it after reading some posts. When I had a real need to replace the bulb, I visited the repair-shop. This simple operation has cost me 450 rubles (15 dollars) for two head lights. Much more difficult (and expensive!) to find H14 bulbs in Ekaterinburg. Here with it I am and danced, and f_ck fed up
.
And by the way - I apologize for some inconvenience with my bad English.

Your English is just fine Andrey, much better than my admittedly clumsy attempts at Russian, you're an asset here and there is no need to apologize for anything.
Ваш английский является лишь штраф Андрей, гораздо лучше, чем я безусловно неудачной попытки на русском языке, вы тем активом здесь и нет необходимости принести извинения за ничего.

Well Andrey, my Russian is something I'm learning from textbooks and correspondence with an old friend from school now living in Moscow. My ability to read and write in Russian is improving greatly, but my greatest fear is attempting to speak the language.
I'd hate to turn something like a pleasant greeting into an unfortunate insult by mispronouncing something.

you made the right decision, the practice - the best way of learning. I am also hesitant to speak English, but only by phone. If the person in front of me - everything is fine. I'm fairly well explained in Thailand, Egypt and India. Gestures and smile perfectly replace the lack of words.
