Well, After all time spent on verifying the HHR and different solutions, Disconnecting battery, taking out some fuses and a serie of steps that didnt work for me, I solve the problem by cleaning the Sensor that is before the Throttle Body inside the Air hose, After some driving It get normal RPM.
