Help w/Seat belt issues

I've recently came to own an 06 HHR LT and I noticed that I'm missing 2 backseat belt buckle. Where can I get replacement buckles for the rear middle seat and rear passenger seat? Also do I need a special tool to install them and is there a how to?

You need a big torx, just simple bolt on, pretty high torque. Have you looked under the seat? Is this a panel that had rear seats added? If the bolts are missing you will need new ones, they are "special".

It's easy to accidentally have the belt buckles end up under the rear seat if the seat is removed.

I did that last time I removed the rear seat bottom and forgot to put the buckles on top before mounting the seat bottom.

I bet they are there under the rear seat bottom.

To remove the bottom, there are 4 plastic covers at the front of the seat. Remove covers and then remove the 4 bolts with the plastic cover retainers on them, noting the orientation of the retainers.

Or you might be able to tilt the seatbacks forward about 45 degrees and reach under the seat bottom from behind and pull out the buckles (what I did last time).
