Has the ignition recall been done?
Check the large red wire connection to the under hood fuse box.
State of battery?

I replaced the terminals, checked all the grounds that I could find and replaced most of the dark gray fuses I tried to get a reading off my innova code scanner but nothing
I guess the car has to be running for that

If the battery is new there is a good chance the terminal connectors got broken.

Did you do the obvious; check for 12V?

Alright, you're going to have to state clearly what the problem is. You seemed to say that the car died, no lights work, no start? Now you're questioning the fuel pump?

And, no, the car does not have to be running to be able to pull codes. The fuse for the power port(cigarette lighter) is the same circuit as the OBD port.

Here is what happened day 1: pulled in parked turned off , started my truck turned it off went in the house
day 2: went out to go somewhere HHR would not start no crank no start no nothing
day 3: started checking fuses, changing bad ones, ordered new plugs coil pack somethings else
day4: change out battery and cables
day 7: all parts came in changed them all out rechecked to make sure everything was reattached
still nothing, I get lights inside the car like disco is coming back a lot of clicks but no start.

I don't care much about amps, what about 12V? Should be more than 12.3.

Okay, not a mechanic, what do you think coils have to do with not cranking?
I know you understand a lamp will not light up if it is not plugged in? Same concept, not magic.
