HHR died
If I translated correctly, you have confident lights. This is good, it means electricity runs in wires.
But if the engine does not attempt to start, then electricity does not flow to some units.
1. you thought correctly about the fuel pump, it is easy to check. Turn on the ignition and listen. A working fuel pump emits a slight rumbling at the rear of the car. You can hear from the cabin with the door open if you are alone. If you two - are no problems at all. When you try to start the engine, the starter turns (this is audible), but the engine does not work.
2. Starter. If you try to start the engine, but don’t hear the characteristic sound of the starter, Satan is hiding here.
Electricity may not be supplied to these units due to blown fuses. Check them and replace if necessary.
Electricity goes to the units, but the units themselves do not work. In the case of a starter, the wire is dropped or the bendix is stuck, you can screw the wire, disassemble the bendix and try to reanimate. In the case of the fuel pump, the suction element itself has died. He is not dear. If your hands grow from the right place, you can remove it and replace it with a suitable one according to the parameters. Replace filters at the same time.
I named the 2 most common causes, but there may be more.

"ordered new plugs coil pack somethings else" - something else? I'd say its time to stop throwing $'s and parts at it, and have a professional mechanic look at it.
Fuel pump? The fact that the engine will not crank kinda rules out the fuel pump totally - you really need to take it to a professional.
Yeah, it could be the starter, but could be a lot of other things. Replacing the starter isn't that hard, but they are a few $'s - and looking back on the history of events so far, I would not advise him on how to test the current starter.

Agree with whopper, find a good mechanic if you want the car fixed. The fact that fuses are blowing means that there are problems in multiple circuits.
Spark plugs, coil packs, fuel pump... None of these things have anything to do with a no crank condition.
Battery, cables, starter, relays, wires, ignition switch, fuses, park/neutral switch, pedal position sensors... These are the types of things that cause a no crank.

Here is what happened day 1: pulled in parked turned off , started my truck turned it off went in the house
day 2: went out to go somewhere HHR would not start no crank no start no nothing
day 3: started checking fuses, changing bad ones, ordered new plugs coil pack somethings else
day4: change out battery and cables

When you changed the battery cables, you do realize the positive cable (where the battery is) goes all the way to the front ?
If your not a mechanic, who did this work for you ?
