HHR not turning over

HHR not turning over
To All,
I have a 2LT 2008 HHR with 55,000 miles that won't turn over. Recently it has intermittently losing power while driving for a second or so. So I knew something was going on. But this morning it wouldn't even turn over. Just turn the key and nothing. Any thoughts? Battery? Relay?
