I really don't think that's necessary. The dealer knows the car should be the same shape out as it was in. I'm sure 99.2% of the people here never take a digital camera with them and document every imperfection on there cars. The difference in my car was night and day. They documented it and it's in the service managers writing. I'm going down today to see what we can work out.

 

Glad to hear the dealer is working with you. However, just because it goes without saying the vehicle SHOULD come back in the same condition received doesn't mean it happens. From my experience this rarely if ever happens. Dealership's don't care about your vehicle like you do.

I'm very anal about my vehicle's, so I always thoroughly inspect the vehicle before and after service. I perform all my own maintenance and service on my vehicle's unless it's a costly issue covered under warranty.

 

My dealer made me happy today. They took back the car and I ended up buying a brand new HHR LS in Sunburst Orange.
