New fan assy is $72 at the local Oreillys and they actually have one .......
Order a new tyc assembly through Amazon or rock auto! I paid only 53 bucks and it's been going great and is very quiet as well.

Wound up being a worn out compressor.
Replaced condenser, drier and all.
Cooling like a charm.

Kicked my ass to figure out but, not to hard to do.
