Okay I swear I am not in the background blowing a horn. I had the engine running and pooped the good to check the coolant level and I heard this sound. At first it was faint but got louder. Is it some sort of evap purge noise?

Also I couldn't help but laugh when I heard it.

Sounds more like a beeping sound - not a fog horn here. Diagnosing a sound over the internet like this really is not that successful from what I've seen.

Why not isolate the sound yourself to figure out where it is coming from? Just use a short piece of hose held up to one ear, and move the other end around to find out where it is coming from.

It's coming from one of those two hoses/lines.... I think from the black box looking thing.

That is the EVAP purge valve. Make sure the tubes are tightly sealed.
Don't know about the beeping.

That sound must be coming from the evap purge valve. But why. I'll check connections tomorrow. This is new to everyone? Certainly new to me. Gregg has become delirious in his old age

You know Buddy, we'll do all we can to help you get the issues figured out.

But when I got to "pooped the good", I fell over laughing so hard I was crying.

I'm sorry your ride is being a PITA right now, but if you only knew how much I needed a good laugh these days, you'd understand.

Now that I've got my giggles under control, sort of, I'm thinking EVAP Purge Valve too, or the lines going into it.
