Hey guys just looked under my hood (i have a 2.2 obviously) and i noticed that the air intake end is just laying beside the engine and there is a whole on the left side that the air intake fits into perfectly... is the end of the hose sopposed to be in there or does it really just lay in there like that?

 

Supposed to be in that hole....... There should be a rubber boot on the end of the hose that fits the hole snug.

 

Just stick it into the hole.

Boy, could I have some fun with that one!
