Key fob problem may be figured out

So I posted a while back about my tire pressure monitor and key fob not working. This weekend I was doing some digging and found a post from someone else with the same problem. They also posted a tsb number, 08-03-16-001B. I’m guessing I’d have to take it into a shop to have that looked at?
And would inoperable door locks be a separate issue?

Yeah. Pretty much the same thing that me and Donbrew pointed out in your other thread regarding the 2008 models and programming issues.
We just didn't post up the actual TSB number.

IF the TPM reads ---- and the remote can't activate the learn mode you need to get someone with access to tis2web and a computer to upgrade the firmware in the RCDLR (a GM dealer).

The door locks are a different issue.

In your last thread you mentioned a light on the dash lit up when you tried to unlock; what light was that.

You might look at the RetainedAccesoryPower relay #32 and fuse #26 on the BCM. The door lock and unlock relays are integral to the BCM; the driver door has it's own relay; they are not serviceable.

Do your interior lights dim out? Does the remote start work?
