Hi, my keyfob is not functioning,red horn button works, unlock also. Locking the car is not functioning. I changed the key fob internals with the spare keyfob, same problem. Put some tin aluminum foil and glued some tiny pieces on the inside of rubber pad to make better contact. Are both fobs damaged or is the car not receiving a signal ? I need the key fob lock and unlock buttons to do the tpms relearning procedure.

 

If some fob buttons are working, then the car is programmed to accept the fob.

If it is a 2008 there is a TSB for if the battery has completely died the RCDLR needs updated firmware in order to do the TPMS.
